In a world where women's health is often misunderstood, I believe in empowering women with knowledge and understanding. As a leading expert in Internal Medicine, Obesity, and Lifestyle Medicine, it is my mission to provide a wealth of resources that help women heal their whole selves – mind, body, and soul.
As a woman who understands the unique challenges women face, I offer a compassionate and empowering approach to health. I teach women how to harness the power of lifestyle changes for lasting well-being, complementing any necessary medical treatments.
Through my guidance and expertise, women embark on journeys of self-discovery, reclaiming their health and vitality. I envision a world where every woman feels empowered to make informed decisions about her well-being, supported by a community that understands her unique needs.
Recognizing the need for a shift in healthcare, I am committed to educating and inspiring fellow physicians and medical professionals. Through speaking engagements, consultations, and workshops, I can equip them with the tools and knowledge to incorporate holistic, lifestyle-focused approaches into their practices.
Together, we're fostering a new paradigm in women's health – one that prioritizes education, empowerment, and whole-person healing. I believe that by nourishing women's bodies, minds, and souls, we can create a healthier, happier world for all.

My Story.
From struggling with weight gain in college, fueled by late-night study sessions and stress eating, to facing infertility linked to hormonal imbalances, my health journey has been anything but linear. Surrounded by the "thin ideal," I felt the shame and self-doubt that so many women experience. But as a South Asian woman with a family history of diabetes and heart disease, I knew I had to prioritize my health, not just my appearance.
Medical school and residency were a blur of 36-hour shifts and intense training. It would have been easy to let healthy habits slide, but a mindset shift had occurred. I learned to fuel my body with nourishing foods, not just convenience, and to find joy in movement, even amidst the chaos.
Motherhood brought its own challenges. Blood sugar abnormalities, despite my best efforts, left me feeling frustrated and unheard by my own doctor. It was a turning point. If we, as physicians, couldn't navigate these complexities, how could we expect our patients to?
A career shift into obesity medicine was a revelation. I witnessed patients reclaim their health through lifestyle changes, not just pills. It was empowering! But I also saw a need for a more holistic approach, one that addressed the root causes of health issues, not just the symptoms.
Board certification in obesity medicine filled those gaps. I delved into sleep hygiene, stress management techniques like yoga and meditation, and cultivated a positive relationship with food and my body. My love language to myself shifted from restriction to nourishment.
Today, as I navigate the hormonal fluctuations of perimenopause, my passion for holistic women's health burns brighter than ever. I understand the unique challenges women face, the societal pressures, the self-doubt, the frustration of being dismissed or misunderstood. I'm here to empower women to reclaim their health, to nourish their bodies and minds, and to live their most vibrant lives.
