Practicing Sustainable Diet Changes

Maybe one night we find ourselves laying in bed, feeling ashamed of the way we’ve been eating lately. Perhaps, we go to our closet one evening to put on a dress that fit comfortably the last time it was worn, only to find it pulls a little tighter this time.

And we decide in that moment: “I am going to be healthier starting tomorrow.”

Typically, that begins with the excitement about the fantasy of what you are ready to become. You throw out all of the junk food, replacing the junk with the “healthy” alternative, and begin an intense workout routine. This may last a week, maybe two. But, we feel ourselves slowly fall back to our old habits.

We have ALL been there.

Life changes take time! They take consistency. And often, we burnout before we reach our goals - or even before it becomes a habit.
